Bespoke wedding flower design

The bespoke wedding flower design package is for budgets under £1,500 and is best suited to couples having simple and smaller wedding celebrations that would like bespoke design. Whilst we don't have a minimum spend, there is an up-front fee of £50.00 for this process which includes the consultation, bespoke design, quotation and one round of amends.

What will I get for my budget?

Each wedding is different and the range of options is huge, but as a rough guide, here are a few examples of what you can expect for a budget of £1,500 with our bespoke package. Although, please note: prices are not set and will be quoted for based on the flower selection and style, the aim is to give an overview of how a £1,500 budget could be split.

  • 1 x Groom’s buttonhole @ £9.50 each
  • 2 x Buttonholes @ £9.50 each
  • 1 x Registrar’s table or simple mantle decoration @ £250.00
  • 5 x Pew ends @ £35.00 each
  • 5 x Low table centres @ £125.00 each
  • Delivery and set-up @ £75.00

  • 1 x Mantel installation (5ft) @ £750.00
  • 10 x Low table centres @ £65.00 each
  • Delivery and set-up @ £75.00

How does it work?

We recommend you read through the information below and then drop us an email at info@gardeniaoflondon.co.uk or use the form at the bottom of the page to get in touch.

From there we'll start the process with a telephone, zoom or in-person consultation with one of our expert wedding florists who will take the time to understand what you’re looking for (and help guide you if you're not yet sure). We'll then work up your bespoke design and quote which you will receive 1-2 weeks after the consultation and will look something like this.

For the bespoke design package one round of amends is included and for the luxury bespoke design package two rounds of amends are included.

Our sustainable weddings focus on responsible design and sourcing, holding ourselves accountable for thoughtful waste management and ensuring that we are good to the people around us.

Sustainable Floral Design - We replace floral foam - a product made from microplastics - with wool and moss. While this approach takes more effort, we’re committed to doing what’s best for the environment.

Eco-Friendly Packaging – As a business we use home-compostable and home-recyclable packaging exclusively. This is very different to being commercially compostable, which isn’t a process that is accessible to the general public, or biodegradable - even harmful materials biodegrade eventually, but they’re still harmful materials.

Recycling and Reusing Materials - Any plastic from third-party suppliers is reused or recycled through our partnership with FirstMile. For the rare occasions when non-compostable materials are necessary, we ensure they’re repurposed. We’ve proudly maintained a zero-waste-to-landfill record since 2017.

Green Waste Management - All of our green waste is processed through CompostUK, turning it into nutrient-rich compost used in British agriculture and horticulture.
