Bespoke Simplicity is designed for couples who want their wedding flowers to feel individual without needing a full venue-wide floral scheme. We create a tailored design and quotation around the pieces that matter most to you.

That might include bridal flowers, buttonholes, a ceremony arrangement and a small number of table flowers, or another focused combination that suits your day and venue.

This service is typically suited to floral budgets under £1,500. A one-off £50 consultation and design fee applies, with one round of amendments included.

Flowers, provenance & sustainability

  • Where our flowers come from

    We source through a carefully selected network of growers, wholesalers and specialist suppliers. Depending on the season and design, flowers may come from the UK, the Netherlands and other established growing regions. We choose for freshness, quality, character, provenance and suitability.

  • Wrapping & packaging

    Our customer-facing flower wrapping and packaging is 100% home compostable and plastic-free. Our floral green waste is processed through COM:POST.

  • Floral mechanics

    Some wedding designs need structural or water-holding mechanics to make them safe, secure and practical. We choose those mechanics to be as sustainable as the design allows, avoiding unnecessary material and favouring lower-impact or reusable solutions where they will perform properly.

Wedding flower guide ranges for smaller celebrations

Rather than forcing a fixed package, we help you put the budget where it will make the most difference. As a planning guide, bridal bouquets are often around £150-£300+, bridesmaid bouquets £65-£125+, buttonholes £15-£30+, and table flowers £65-£350+.

These are guide ranges rather than fixed packages or maximums. Flower choice, quantities, design, delivery and venue logistics all affect the final quotation.

How Bespoke Simplicity works

1. Tell us about your day
Share your date, venue, approximate flower budget and the pieces you are considering.

2. Consultation & design
We talk through your priorities and create a focused bespoke floral design with a detailed quotation. A £50 consultation and design fee applies.

3. One round of refinement
One round of amendments is included to fine-tune the agreed design.

4. Secure your date
Your signed contract and £250 booking deposit secure the wedding in our diary. The remaining balance is due six weeks before the wedding.

5. Preparation, delivery & set-up
Our florists prepare the flowers in Wimbledon and coordinate the delivery and venue set-up included in your quotation.
