Delivery Policy

If the recipient isn’t available, we’ll leave the flowers in a secure spot or with a neighbour, and a calling card will let them know where to find them.

Have specific instructions? Simply add them on the basket page.

If no safe place is available—such as at a high street address without a porch or garden—the flowers will return to our shop. You can collect them for free or arrange re-delivery (delivery fees apply).
