We use Evermile's technology to plan and track our local delivery routes, regardless of which driver completes the delivery. You'll receive email and SMS updates (UK mobile numbers only) once your order is assigned to a delivery round, followed by confirmation and proof of delivery once completed.

What if no one is home?

For local deliveries, we'll leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour where possible and provide proof of delivery. Add any specific instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions' box on the basket page.

For nationwide deliveries, DPD tracking provides separate 'If not at home' options.
