    Bespoke Simplicity

    A more focused bespoke service for smaller or pared-back weddings, with a tailored design and a simpler list of floral requirements. For floral budgets under £1,500, a £50 consultation and design fee applies.

How our bespoke wedding service works

1. Get in touch
Share your date, venue and a little about the day.

2. Initial consultation
We will talk through your vision, priorities and which Gardenia wedding service is the best fit.

3. Design & quotation
For bespoke weddings, we create a floral design board and detailed quotation.

4. Refine the details
Bespoke Simplicity includes one round of amendments. Bespoke Luxury includes a fuller refinement process for more detailed schemes.

5. Secure your date
Your signed contract and £250 booking deposit secure the wedding in our diary. The remaining balance is due six weeks before the wedding.

6. Leave the logistics to us
We plan, prepare, deliver and set up your flowers as agreed.
