Local delivery charges
The following options for delivery are available to local postcodes:
Monday to Friday
- Any time local flower delivery - prices start from £5.00
- Priority local flower delivery - prices start from £7.50
- 2 hour local delivery slot* - prices start from £12.50
- Same day local flower delivery - prices start from £7.50

Saturday & Sunday
- Any time local flower delivery - prices start from £8.50
- Same day local flower delivery - £12.50
Please note, charges may vary at peak times (eg. Valentine's day & Mother's day) - you will be shown live delivery prices in the checkout flow.
Local flower delivery tracking
We use a third-party app called 'Evermile' to plan our local flower delivery routes. You will receive an email and SMS message (UK mobile numbers only) notification once your order is loaded on to a delivery round with an estimated time of delivery. Once delivered you will receive another notification confirming the delivery has been completed with photographic evidence.
What if no one is home to accept the delivery?
If the recipient is not available, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe location or with a neighbour, and a calling card will be left to let them know where to find their flowers. You’ll also receive an electronic delivery update with a proof of delivery image.
If you have any specific instructions, please include them in the 'Delivery Instructions' box on the basket page.
If we can’t find a suitable place to leave the flowers—for example, at an address on a high street without a garden or porch—the flowers will be returned to our shop. From there, they can be collected at no extra cost, or we can arrange re-delivery (additional delivery fees will apply).
By completing your order, you agree that our responsibility for the flowers ends once they have been delivered in accordance with the above policy.

Carbon neutral UK-wide flower delivery services
Don't worry if you don't see your postcode in our local delivery list - we send our beautiful flowers UK-wide. Order by 12pm for our nationwide next day carbon neutral delivery (operated by our courier partner DPD).

You will be sent tracking information directly from DPD to the email address and shipping mobile number used when you placed the order. You will be able to add 'If not at home' instructions from this tracking link. If this link is not completed, your order will be taken to the nearest pick-up shop for collection. We strongly advise that you complete the 'If not at home' instructions from the tracking link that you are sent.

For UK-wide deliveries (sent overnight with DPD)
We use DPD to send our flowers across the UK.
You will be sent tracking information directly from DPD to the email address and shipping mobile number used when you placed the order. You will be able to add 'If not at home' instructions from this tracking link. If this link is not completed, your order will be taken to the nearest pick-up shop for collection. We strongly advise that you complete the 'If not at home' instructions from the tracking link that you are sent.

Delivery slots
If your order is not delivered on your selected date, we will refund the delivery charge for the order.
Any time deliveries - We endeavour to make our deliveries within business hours and they are usually completed between 9am - 6pm. Sometimes delays outside of our control affect this, so if you need your delivery within a specific window it is best to call us for a timed slot.
Priority deliveries - We aim to make our priority deliveries by 12pm if ordered in advance and within 3 hours for priority same day orders. If you need your delivery within a specific window it is best to call us for a timed slot.
Delivery details
Please ensure the delivery address is correct. Gardenia of London cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries due to an incorrect address.
Delivery to hospitals, universities and large businesses
Please be aware that when delivering to hospitals, universities and large business premises, delivery to a named person may not be possible. We will always try to hand the delivery to the intended recipient directly, but often they are received by reception or post room staff. In this situation we would obtain a signature as proof of delivery.
