Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable retail florist who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a busy shop environment, and genuinely cares about delivering great flowers and service. You’ll be confident working independently as well as collaboratively, with a practical, can-do approach and a calm manner during busy periods.
The Role
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, creative environment. Daily responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Opening the shop and setting up beautiful, seasonal displays
- Conditioning flowers and maintaining excellent stock quality
- Serving customers, taking orders, and creating bespoke bouquets
- Making and preparing daily orders and shop-ready bouquets
- Answering the phone and responding to email enquiries
- Assisting with weddings, events, and contract work
- Keeping the shop clean, organised, and visually inspiring
- Managing and coordinating our delivery driver
What’s in It for You
Salary: £21,000 – £23,000 (based on 3 days per week)
Contract: Permanent, part-time
Hours: 3 days per week, 8:00am – 6:30pm (our opening hours), including one weekend day and seasonal peaks
Start date: 1st February 2026

The Team
You’ll be joining a fully trained, experienced, and knowledgeable team who are passionate about what we do. We are founder-led, and our founder is a Director of The British Florist Association. We take care of each other and value learning and growing together.
About You
- The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail floristry
- A professional floristry qualification
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confidence using online order and POS systems
- This role is perfect for a creative florist who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys
- variety, and takes pride in delivering outstanding flowers and service every day.
