📍 Location: Wimbledon, London
⏳ Hours: 42 hours per week (rota-based, including weekends)
💰 Pay: £7.55 per hour (London apprentice wage)
📆 Length: 21 months
🎓 Qualification: LANTRA Accredited - Level 2 Florist Apprenticeship

Are you passionate about flowers and looking for a creative career? We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic apprentice to join our busy team at Gardenia.

You’ll start by learning all aspects of retail floristry and customer service and, as you grow in confidence, you’ll have opportunities to work on larger scale designs for weddings and events – all while earning and learning!

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

✅ Earn while you learn with a structured apprenticeship
✅ Formal training from BFA’s Tutor of the Year 2024
✅ Weekly virtual learning, including practical demos and teaching sessions
✅ Coursework and assessments throughout the program
✅ A LANTRA accredited floristry qualification at the end of the course

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

🌿 A committed, enthusiastic, reliable and responsible individual ready to embrace all aspects of floristry

🌿 A love for flowers, creativity, and working in a hands-on environment

🌿 GCSEs: Grades 9 – 4 (A – C) in English & Maths and 9 – 3 (A – D) in Science (or equivalent)

🌿Basic computer skills
