Full-service bespoke wedding floristry

Bespoke Luxury is for couples who want the floristry to shape the look and feel of the wedding. We design the complete floral scheme around your venue, priorities and overall style, from personal flowers and ceremony arrangements to tables, mantels, arches and larger installations.

It is particularly suited to larger celebrations, weddings using several spaces, or couples planning a more substantial floral scheme.

Bespoke Luxury is typically suited to floral budgets of £1,500 or more. For smaller bespoke requirements, our Bespoke Simplicity service may be a better fit.

Flowers, provenance & sustainability

  • Where our flowers come from

    We source through a carefully selected network of growers, wholesalers and specialist suppliers. Depending on the season and design, flowers may come from the UK, the Netherlands and other established growing regions. We choose for freshness, quality, character, provenance and suitability.

  • Wrapping & packaging

    Our customer-facing flower wrapping and packaging is 100% home compostable and plastic-free. Our floral green waste is processed through COM:POST.

  • Floral mechanics

    Some wedding designs need structural or water-holding mechanics to make them safe, secure and practical. We choose those mechanics to be as sustainable as the design allows, avoiding unnecessary material and favouring lower-impact or reusable solutions where they will perform properly.

How Bespoke Luxury works

1. Initial consultation
We start with your date, venue, priorities, approximate flower budget and the atmosphere you want to create.

2. Floral design & quotation
We develop a considered floral direction, design board and detailed quotation for the agreed areas of the day.

3. Refine the scheme
We work through the details with you so the flowers, scale and setting feel coherent across the venue.

4. Secure your date
Your signed contract and £250 booking deposit secure the wedding in our diary. The remaining balance is due six weeks before the wedding.

5. Preparation, delivery & installation
Our florists prepare the flowers in Wimbledon, deliver to the venue and complete the agreed set-up, installation and collection.

Wedding flower guide ranges

Bespoke Luxury is typically for floral budgets of £1,500+. As a planning guide, bridal bouquets are often around £150-£300+, bridesmaid bouquets £65-£125+, table flowers £65-£350+, pedestals and ceremony flowers £350-£750+, and arches or larger installations £2,500-£5,000+. These are guide ranges rather than fixed packages or maximums; flower choice, scale, mechanics and venue logistics all affect the final quotation.

It is typically suited to wedding flower budgets of £1,500 or more. That allows us to design a fuller floral scheme across the personal flowers, ceremony, reception and venue where required.

What can be included in a Bespoke Luxury wedding?

The service can include bridal and wedding-party flowers, ceremony arrangements, table flowers, mantels, staircases, arches and larger floral installations, together with the agreed delivery, set-up and collection.

Do you deliver and install wedding flowers at the venue?

Yes. For Bespoke Luxury weddings we can coordinate venue delivery, set-up, installation and collection where required. The logistics are detailed in your individual quotation.

Where does Gardenia provide bespoke wedding flowers?

We are based in Wimbledon Village and work across south-west London, central London and Surrey, as well as selected venues further afield where the project and logistics are suitable.

How far ahead should we enquire?

Once your wedding date and venue are confirmed is a good time to get in touch. Popular dates can fill early, particularly for weddings requiring larger installations or a more involved venue set-up.
