Each arrangement is made to order with seasonal stems chosen for their freshness and beauty. While we don’t always guarantee exact stems, we promise the best flowers and excellent value, all wrapped in 100% home compostable packaging.
Long-Stemmed White Roses with Eucalyptus
Pure, elegant, and simply beautiful.
These long-stemmed white roses are chosen for their generous heads and crisp, clean petals – a fresh white that feels calm and timeless in any setting. Hand-tied in our Wimbledon Village shop, they’re finished with fresh eucalyptus, adding natural texture and a subtle herbal lift to the bouquet.
The long stems give height and grace in the vase, while the roses open gently and hold their form for days with proper care. It’s a combination that feels light, serene, and quietly striking.
Perfect for marking an important moment, offering thanks, or sending something thoughtful and timeless.
Handcrafted with care, and designed to bring a sense of ease and beauty into the home.

What Happens If No One Is Home?
For local postcode deliveries
If the recipient is not available, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe location or with a neighbour, and a calling card will be left to let them know where to find their flowers. You’ll also receive an electronic delivery update with a proof of delivery image.
If you have any specific instructions, please include them in the 'Delivery Instructions' box on the basket page.
If we can’t find a suitable place to leave the flowers—for example, at an address on a high street without a garden or porch—the flowers will be returned to our shop. From there, they can be collected at no extra cost, or we can arrange re-delivery (additional delivery fees will apply).
By completing your order, you agree that our responsibility for the flowers ends once they have been delivered in accordance with the above policy.
For UK-wide deliveries (sent overnight with DPD)
We use DPD to send our flowers across the UK.
You will be sent tracking information directly from DPD to the email address and shipping mobile number used when you placed the order. You will be able to add 'If not at home' instructions from this tracking link. If this link is not completed, your order will be taken to the nearest pick-up shop for collection. We strongly advise that you complete the 'If not at home' instructions from the tracking link that you are sent.

Packaging:
Our commitment to sustainability means that 100% of our packaging is home compostable, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
Waste:
All of our green waste is processed via COM:POST.
Energy:
Our electricity is sourced exclusively from UK wind farms, aligning with our renewable energy values.
People:
We believe in creating a happy and supported workplace, with permanent contracts, fair and transparent pay, and flexible roles that help our team balance work, life and other creative pursuits.
Supply Partners:
Gardenia sources flowers through a carefully selected network of trusted growers, wholesalers and specialist suppliers, rather than relying on a single supplier. Depending on the season and the stem, our flowers may come from the UK, the Netherlands and established growing regions further afield. We choose suppliers for freshness, quality, provenance and reliability, and expect high standards throughout the supply chain - from growing and handling to transport and working practices. Wherever practical, we favour seasonal flowers and more responsible growing and supply choices, while keeping quality and vase life at the heart of every order.

Pricing
Pricing
Like any business, we aim to be profitable so that we can continue brightening your day with our blooms. However, we are deeply committed to making a positive impact. Alongside our Petals. Planet. Promise., we want to be transparent about where your money goes when you purchase flowers from Gardenia. This allows you to make an informed decision.
Here’s a breakdown of what your payment covers:
Business Costs: VAT, business rates.
Running Costs: Rent, electricity, water, technology, transport, and responsible waste disposal.
People: Our floristry team is the backbone of everything we do. From preparing flowers to crafting bouquets, processing online orders, managing deliveries, organising weddings and events, and opening the shop every morning, their work is vital. Fair pay and staff wellbeing are central to our values.
Product Costs: The flowers themselves, plus packaging expenses.
We buy through a carefully chosen mix of trusted growers, wholesalers and specialist suppliers, selecting the right source for each stem according to season, quality, freshness and value. Flower prices move daily with market conditions and availability, so our buying decisions are made fresh each day rather than tied to a single wholesaler or country of origin.
Flower care
Flower care
When your flowers arrive, begin by cutting approximately 1cm from the base of each stem. This step is crucial as it helps the flowers take up water more efficiently, keeping them hydrated and prolonging their freshness. After trimming the stems, place them in a clean vase filled with fresh, cool water. Make sure the vase has been thoroughly washed, as any leftover bacteria or residue can shorten the lifespan of your blooms.
To maintain their beauty, repeat this process every two days. Remove the flowers from the vase, trim another 1cm from the stems, and replace the water with fresh, clean water. This regular care routine ensures that the flowers continue to absorb the nutrients and hydration they need.
By following these steps, you can enjoy your flowers at their best for at least five days—guaranteed.
