What if no one is home to accept the delivery?

It is our standard policy to leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour. If this happens we will leave a calling card so that the recipient knows where to find the flowers.

If you have specific delivery instructions for us to follow, please add these on the basket page.

If there isn't a safe place for us to leave the flowers (eg. the address is on a main high street with no front garden or porch), the flowers will be returned to our shop for collection (free) or re-delivery (delivery fees apply).

Local flower delivery charges

The following options for delivery are available to local postcodes:

Monday to Friday

  • Same day local flower delivery (order before 4pm*) - £10.00
  • Any time local flower delivery (9am - 6pm)** - £5.00
  • Morning local flower delivery (8am - 12pm) - £10.00
  • Afternoon local flower delivery (12pm - 5pm) - £10.00
  • 2 hour local delivery slot (you will need to contact us to book this) - £15.00

Saturday & Sunday

  • Same day local flower delivery (order before 2pm*) - £12.50
  • Any time local flower delivery (9am - 6pm)** - £10.00

*If we are exceptionally busy and our same day flower delivery slots are full then we may, on occasion, cut off earlier.

**We endeavour to make our any time deliveries within business hours and they are usually completed between 9am - 6pm. Sometimes delays outside of our control affect this, so if you need your delivery within a specific window it is best to call us for a timed slot.

Please note, charges may vary at peak times (eg. Valentine's day & Mother's day) - you will be shown live delivery prices in the checkout flow.

Local flower delivery tracking

We use a third-party app called 'Circuit' to plan our local flower delivery routes. You will receive an email and SMS message (UK mobile numbers only) notification once your order is loaded on to a delivery round with an estimated time of delivery. Once delivered you will receive another notification confirming the delivery has been completed with photographic evidence.

Carbon neutral UK-wide flower delivery

For deliveries outside our local delivery zone we partner with DPD local. Order before 12pm for next day delivery.

  • Any time carbon neutral flower delivery (delivery between 8am - 8pm) - £10.00

Flower care

When you receive your flowers, cut 1cm off the stems and place in fresh water and repeat this process every 2 days.
